E tautoko ana mātou i a Tiaki – Care for New Zealand. The movement that asks everyone travelling here to look after our people, places and culture. For visitors, one of the biggest ways to do that is on the road.

Getting drivers ready before they set off — confident, informed, and clear on how we drive here — is our way of helping honour that promise.

Tiaki asks every visitor to act as a guardian of this place. We think that starts before the keys change hands. Road Ready gets visiting drivers prepared for New Zealand conditions at the moment it matters most — vehicle handover — so they arrive on our roads ready to drive carefully and look after the communities they're passing through.
